Warehouse leader

Main tasks:

  • Management, review and development of warehouse processes (warehousing, production supply, waste management).
  • Ensuring a material flow process
  • Optimizing the capacity of the warehouse area
  • Checking accounting accuracy, maintaining accounting discipline
  • Ensuring warehouse inventory accuracy, organizing and operating a continuous inventory
  • Measuring, analyzing and increasing efficiency in warehouse performance
  • Preparing an annual warehouse investment proposal (effective cost management)
  • Participates in handling internal and customer complaints (8D)
  • Training subordinates and ensuring their professional development
  • Warehouse staff planning, staff replenishment and selection

Expectations:

  • Education: university degree (technical, logistics, economics or IT) or secondary education + 5 years of experience in a similar professional field
  • Special qualifications: Knowledge of corporate management systems, e.g.: SAP + WMS knowledge
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office
  • Language knowledge: English
  • SAP user knowledge
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO14001 regulations
  • 5S user knowledge and practical experience

Field Application Engineer

Amphenol Sincere (a business unit within AIPG) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Field Application Engineer Flexible Printed Circuit EMEA. This individual will support both EU Sales team, European customers and customer engineering for our China and Hungary facilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics related subject preferred
  • Experience for Printed Circuits required and Flexible printed circuits preferred
  • Ability to read Gerber and STP files
  • Previous experience working with global teams preferred.
  • Ability to work on their own without direct supervision
  • Self-motivated with excellent work ethic
  • Some travel to customer and Amphenol sites required.
  • Valid EU passport
  • Clean driving license
  • Ability to travel and work in Europe

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and sales support to both the sales team and the customer on FPC and FPCA, designs
  • Develop, customers and maintain customer records of design and project activity.
  • Function as the technical / commercial liaison between the 2 Sincere factories engineering/internal sales teams, the Amphenol Industrial EMEA sales team and customer base
  • Identification and development of business opportunities within assigned sales region and market
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and managing of sales plans and strategies to accomplish goals
  • Carry out such other duties that may be reasonably requested

PCB Designer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering preferred or Mechanical with electronics knowledge or equivalent education/experience required.
  • Knowledge of flexible printed circuits and board level products required.
  • Proficient in use of CAD including solidworks, autocad, CAM350. Genflex a plus
  • Previous experience working with global teams preferred.
  • Ability to work on their own without direct supervision
  • Self-motivated with excellent work ethic
  • Some travel to customer and Amphenol sites required.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates detailed drawings and gerber design for flexible printed circuit boards (FPCAs) according to engineering specifications, net list, solid files, and other customer data as required; utilizing knowledge of electronics, CAD, and PCB design.
  • Perform Design for Manufacturability review of customer data for electrical and mechanical accuracy to requirement.
  • Reviews and analyzes engineering design schematics, customer requirements, and supporting documents to design for assembly and test.
  • Communicate with customer, sales, and internal engineering staff to address and resolve design challenges.
  • Prepare copies of drawings for use in FPC/FPCA fabrication
