Attila Sánta, plant manager of our factory in Hungary, was recently on a business trip to Asia. The purpose of his visit was to meet our current and prospective customers in person, to discuss joint projects and future plans. Among others Mr. Sánta met Samsung’s Vice President of Purchasing, who invited him to the Korean headquarters after their meeting in Hungary and factory visit in Cserkút. The aim of Mr. Santa’s visit to Samsung was to discuss next generation product development.
This is a very important region for Amphenol, and we are currently working on opening a Korean sales office to speed up the our response time to enquiries and questions.
